Artichokes tortelli with swordfish

  • 500 gr artichokes tortelli
  • 200 gr smoked swordfish
  • 150 ml fresh single cream
  • n.1 onion

Filling: artichoke hearts, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, onion, breadcrumbs, extra EVO, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

  1. Fry onion in EVO oil
  2. Once golden, add smoked swordfish and cook for around 2 minutes
  3. Add fresh cream and warm up on medium heat stirring with a wooden spoon
  4. Add cooked tortelli.
