Figs and rum hearts with cream

  • 500 gr figs and rum heart shaped pasta
  • 50 gr sugar
  • 10 gr flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • n.3 egg yolks

Filling: figs, rum, butter, dry biscuits, ricotta and sugar.

Cooking: 4/5 min
  1. In a bowl, unite sugare with flour and add some of the cold milk
  2. Mix until creamy
  3. In the meantime, bring to boil the rest of the milk
  4. Blend cream with egg yolks and hot milk. Bring back to boil
  5. Finally, pour cream in a plate and carefully place the cooked hearts on top
  6. Decorate generously with ground walnuts.
