Peppers disks with anchovies and basil

  • 500 gr peppers disks
  • 100 gr butter
  • n.8 anchovies
  • n.1 garlic clove
  • n.1 little bunch of basil
  • Parmesan cheese

Filling: peppers, potatoes, Parmesan cheese, onion, EVO oil, garlic ,salt, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.

Cooking: 4/5 min
  1. Melt butter on low fire
  2. Add anchovies and garlic
  3. Cook for few minutes and remove garlic clove
  4. Place disks in a plate and season with butter and anchovies
  5. Add some basil leaves and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
