Filling: local pumpkin, prepared and cooked within our laboratory, amaretti semolina, Parmesan cheese, sugar and breadcrumbs.

  1. Melt butter together with the sage leaves
  2. Then add cooked tortelli
  3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and decorate with balsamic vinegar.
