Red onion and balsamic vinegar tortelli with bacon

  • 500 gr Red onion tortelli
  • 100 gr butter
  • 100 gr Parmesan cheese
  • n.6 slices of smoked bacon
  • Traditional Balsamic vinegar from Reggio Emilia

Filling: red onion, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, Balsamic vinegar, vegetable stock, EVO oil, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.

  1. Melt butter on low heat and unite with cooked tortelli
  2. Decorate plate with some Parmesan cheese flakes, smoked bacon finelly sliced and some good traditional balsamic vinegar from Reggio Emilia.
