Zucchine (courgette) and potato tortelli with bacon

  • 500 gr zucchine and potato tortelli
  • 50 gr butter
  • 30 gr bacon
  • n.2 zucchine
  • Parsley pesto (to taste)
Traditional pasta
Filling: zucchine, potatoes, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, extra virgin olive oil, onion, basil, parsley and pepper.

Cooking: 4/5 min
  1. Slice bacon and cooks slowly in butter
  2. In meantime cut zucchine in julienne and add to bacon
  3. Fry for few minutes until bacon is golden, add salt and pepper
  4. Finally add cooked tortelli
  5. Decorate plate with parsley pesto.
